This screening tool looks at children’s language, fine & gross motor, cognitive, and personal-social development. ASQ-3 can help identify a child’s strengths as well as any areas where the child may need support.
At this introductory training, participants will:
- Become familiar with how to use the ASQ-3, including how to administer, score, interpret and make referral decisions based on the results
- Learn to effectively communicate with parents about screening and support parents to complete the ASQ-3
- Learn how to effectively conduct follow-up and resource connection utilizing the Help Me Grow system
